Warranty periods start since the clients receive the goods.
Within the warranty period, we provide replacement or repair for parts, or provide solutions to solve the problems.
The client needs to pay for the shipping when replacement occurs. And before replacement, the client needs to provide evidence, like pictures, videos and explanations for the problem/problems. Once the seller identifies the problems are not caused by the client (or the user) purposely, the seller will provide replacement for the relevant part/parts if the client agrees to pay for the shipping.
As for refund, we do not accept refund . But if the scooter is damaged or not working when receiving it , the client can apply refund and return the scooter back to the seller within 7 days. The client needs to pay the DDP return shipping fees and return the scooter back. Once we receive the scooter, we will refund the client (only refund the scooter money, not included any shipping fees).
